Fibery Windows App, Content Never Loads

I recently downloaded the Fibery Windows App (yay tabs!)

Issue

  • Rich text fields never load
  • Impacts all databases
  • Observed on two devices

This isn’t a connectivity issue, as I can access the same entities Fibery within a web browser with no issues.

I can’t find any prompt in the UI that states the app is outdated, but I only installed around 2 weeks ago, so it’s fairly fresh.

Usually it means that our collaboc (document aka rich text) is struggling with the internet connection

Yes the content always loads when the same entity is accessed outside of the app using a browser.
