Email Files from a Comment

Currently you can only attach files to email actions via the File field. It would be amazing to be able to attach files from the latest comment.

  • Example of this flow:
    • Person A writes a comment saying “please look at this draft” and attaches a PDF. An email is then sent out to everyone assigned to the entity with the comment and the file attached.
    • Person B replies to the comment saying “made some edits” and attaches a new PDF. An email would be sent out with only the new file.

I agree. I’ve just migrated to Fibery from ClickUp, and while Fibery is in many ways better than ClickUp, when it comes to emails - specifically sending an email directly from a comment (including attachments) - Fibery is unnecessary difficult to configure. I’ve connected my mailbox to Fibery, but still have to figure out how to configure it to be able to send emails from the comments.
