Hey,
I was playing with fibery’s (great) email integration, planning to set up some kind of workflow allowing multiple users to collaborate in customer support. Think Front or Missive, but obviously much lighter (and in fibery!).
Probably a crazy or bad idea… But strangely the only major limitation I found for now is the inability to act on the emails on the server.
I can set up a button to reply to a customer using the “send email” action, even use templates and customer data. But I cannot archive the underlying email when I change a status in fibery, or move it from inbox to elsewhere.
Would that be something that you’re planning?
I don’t really need a real “two-way sync” between fibery and my imap server, not trying to turn fibery into a fully fledged email client but a simple action to change the imap folder of the email would be enough to unlock many interesting workflows.
