They way the Inbox is currently designed, it is strictly chronological, which probably isn’t how most people use it. When I go through my Inbox to get caught up on everything going on, I do it by entity. In other words, I start at the oldest notification (whatever entity that happens to be) and then I take care of that entity. Then I go through all the notifications, finding everything having to do with that entity, and mark them done to get them out of the queue. Then I find the next oldest notification, and repeat the process. It would be a lot easier if I could group the Inbox by entity, and mark all the notifications for the entity done in one click.
