I’d like to request a mode for doc editing that is the “Suggesting” mode as exemplified in MS Word and GDocs. To put it simply, changes to a document in this mode are “pending”, they are shown overlaid on the document view, attributed to the person who made them, and can be “approved”/confirmed by t…

+1 on this from my team. As we’re currently beginning our implementation, we’re assessing how to manage collaboration on writing (proposals, briefs, copywriting, etc) in a way that is contextually linked within our Fibery workspace. One difficulty we’re having is that while Google Drive is an organ…

@mdubakov , is this is on the roadmap?

We have exactly the same view on this; suggestions would allow us to stay completely within Fibery for all our reviewing of documents. For collaboration and as a knowledge management tool, I think this is a key feature. Reviewing on the writing and reviewing documents, this is a vital feature. For n…

Has there been any progress on this front, or workarounds? Currently this is basically the only thing my team still uses Google Docs for, and it would be great to be able to do everything within Fibery.

I hope we will add this in 2026.

It’s great to see suggested edits on the development roadmap, especially as part of improving AI-assisted editorial workflows. My team is trying to decide whether it’s worth sticking with Fibery for document drafting, as we are looking for alternatives to Google Docs. If suggested edits are coming soon, then we may pivot…

FYI for those interested: [image] ear_of_corn Product Report: August 2026 :seedling: Suggestion mode for documents We aim for October, but :kostik: is very pessimistic about this estimate. @mdubakov Do you have an estimate for the more pessimistic arrival date? Thank you!
