It is not possible to disable Filters in Smart Folders, while this is possible to do anywhere else.
It would be nice if these options are more consistent, and disabling filters is a nice option when im trying to optimize my Smart Folders (and dont want to delete and rebuild filters just to try a different setup)
I am not sure Smart Folder should behave like a view in this case, to me it is a more solid structure.
I also intuitively expected the disable option to be present, similar use case, helpful whilst designing the smart folder implementation
