May I request some minor improvements in date / time format options?

An option in the Preferences / Date format section to omit the comma as an option?
While we regularly use the abbreviated month, we don’t add a comma when used as a date of a document, as opposed to using it in a sentence, where it would of course be correct to use the comma. -
When DATE and TIME are combined, there is no definition in the text as there would normally be. The comma after the month does not help here either. Any way to assist in differentiating these two a bit would be great.
