New here - is there a way to configure an icon for my databases?
You can enable icons for entities, and with a formula you can make all entities of a given database use the same icon.
I want to set an icon for the database itself - is there a way to do that?
It’s not possible to define a specific icon for the database as a whole, only for entities within the database.
Out of interest, where would you expect to see this db icon show up, if it were possible?
i’d love to be able to change it here and have it show up wherever database ‘icon’ shows
A lot of the places where the database icon shows are places where the user is looking at one or more entities from a database (which is why the suggestion of using entity icons was made).
Can you share some places where you’d like to see the icon, when it isn’t looking at entities.
Specifically views where I’m aggregating entities from multiple databases.
Sure, but you could still use the entity icon option (a different formula for each database).
