There seems to be a standardized list of actions available after right-clicking on an entity in a view. It would be great to customize this list. Lately I’ve been managing tasks on calendar view, and the thing I want to do most often is change the workstate from ‘in progress" to “done”, which is not available to me in the right-click menu. I almost never want to convert it or merge it, but those two options are present. I believe the suggested way to make this easy would be to add the workstate field to the card. However, I never need to stare at all my tasks’ workstate all the time. I just need to change its state one time per entity. Probably other users would like to pick their most common actions for each entity type, and access those by right-clicking on any entity.

I literally just yesterday implemented this exact same workflow (In Progress → Done) using a button. In fact, I decided to make mine a bit more broad and just make my button “Complete” with a checkmark icon (using the handy new feature where you can set an icon for a button), which simply moves the selected Task into the “Done” status.
Since buttons show up in the right-click menu, it gives me this:

I was about to reply to @ChrisG to say that I wish buttons could be added to the right-click menu, which would allow me to accomplish what I need to, and then I saw you’d chimed in to share that all buttons are auto-added to the right-click menu. I still think it would be cool to have the ability to further customize the offerings in that right-click menu, but that is not very urgent to me.
