Custom Integration: "Sync failed", but why?

So, you have SO many outdated entities that synchronisation is unable to clean them up in timely manner (in 2-4h) as a result system think that it’s deadlocked and kill it.

Options:

  • run sync multiple times
  • if you don’t have any automations, links or anything else configured just delete space and create new synchronisation

Probably related – I also can’t delete these Spaces with many entities (still unresolved)

I have to admit that i underestimated the complexity of the naive fix :confused:
so still trying to enumerate less “expensive” alternatives

i can delete not needed spaces manually if you allow
will write you directly via Intercom
