There should be an action called “Add [database name]”. Maybe it’s a lookup or an autolinked relation?

It’s definitely a relation field but I just confirmed there is an auto-link enabled. I can’t imagine why we shouldn’t be able to create a new record just because auto-linking is turned on. The auto-link parameters should just become non-editable, prefilled properties, for the relation
