When using a city or country as location for different entities (e.g. contacts) the location pin in the map turns into a cluster circle with the number of entities present at that location.
The information of the entities however is not visible or clickable.
Zooming into the region the cluster circle still stays the same, until the max zoom in, then it turns into only one pin of one entity:

Expected behavior:
Clicking a pin cluster circle always needs to result in a list of entities.
No need to zoom in so far for a city location.
