Broken Tree hierarchy in whiteboard

I’m trying to use the tree feature on a whiteboard to show all of the entries of a particular entity.

Just keep getting a blank box.

I’ve tried this with entities that have no subordinate entities and entities, like product, that have such. The blank box keeps bugging me.
