When I link to contact databases through an automatic relationship based on their email address field, this linking should be case-insensitive because email addressess are case-insensitive. That is currently not yet the case, and automatic linking does not happen sometimes for that reason.
A workaround would be to have an automation convert email addresses to be lowercase, but it is more userfriendly that users do not have to discover this need.
