Hey Guys! The following aren’t my thoughts about AI but thoughts that I loved:
A lot of businesses are still using AI like another tool someone has to open, prompt, and manage. That can help, but it is not where the biggest operational gains come from for small businesses.
More value shows up when AI disappears into the workflow.
A lead comes in. Data gets pulled out. The right person gets assigned. A reply goes out. The CRM gets updated. A follow-up gets created.
No one has to babysit it.
That is where some of the biggest gains start to show up. Not when it gives your team another box to type into, but when it quietly removes repetitive work, handoffs, and follow-up.
@mdubakov, we do have automation rules, but is this the way Fibery looks into Fibery AI as well?
