Once a database grows over time, it becomes harder to keep track of the fields/field names. There are three places where it would be helpful for the field names to consistently be alphabetized (either by default or to have the option to rearrange)

The Database View
When selecting fields to reveal in an Entity Relationship
The database view starts out with the fields in alphabetical order, but new fields are added to the end.
