Ability to change Created By field

I know this is a little bit of an edge case, but:

The Created by field is rather useful in general, however, especially for more senior folks (with less buy-in) sometimes others have to create items like tasks, issues, etc. for them.

I’d like to be able to update the “Created by” field. Obviously the edit history should reflect that, but without this, I end up having multiple assignee fields, which just clutters things.

Concrete example would be a Risk Catalogue: Risks have, amongst other fields:

  1. Person in charge or resolving the risk (Assignee)
  2. Person raising the risk (Creator) → this I want to be able to set
  3. People involved or in the loop → the is just a regular relationship

Without the ability to edit the creator, I will need to add another field:
4. Reporter
