1:1 Meeting - Limited Visibility

Now that we have automatic access for linked users, it should be easy.

There are even two options based on how your workspace is set up.

If you have a direct relation between Meeting and User DBs, enable one toggle and you are good to go:

If you have a separate Employee DB connected to Meeting, I’d recommend automatically sharing everything related to an Employee with them:

  1. Connect Employee and User DB with a one-to-one relation
  2. Enable the toggle for this relation
