Now that we have automatic access for linked users, it should be easy.
There are even two options based on how your workspace is set up.
If you have a direct relation between Meeting and User DBs, enable one toggle and you are good to go:
If you have a separate Employee DB connected to Meeting, I’d recommend automatically sharing everything related to an Employee with them:
- Connect Employee and User DB with a one-to-one relation
- Enable the toggle for this relation
