Whiteboard : Doesnt show up in table & disappears when added

Hi,

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a database and add whiteboard column type

  2. Create a folder with a document and a whiteboard underneath it

  3. The whiteboard, test 123, does not show up in the list

  1. Move the whiteboard, test 123, higher up in the folder structure

Now it shows up in the list

  1. When you select the whiteboard to be added, it completely disappears from the left nav :frowning:

This is actually how it’s designed to work! When a Whiteboard or Document is linked to a specific entity, it disappears from the left menu.
This helps keep the left menu clean and organized, so it only shows standalone items. Documents and Whiteboards that belong to a particular entity are now accessible directly from that entity, making things tidier and easier to manage.

As for the dropdown - it shows recent items, no all whiteboards accessible, they can be found by search name.
