I want to display the name of an entity differently based on the context it’s being viewed in but because it’s not possible, I’m trying to hack it with different “Label” fields.
The issue is that when I hide the “Name” field, things start acting really funky.
- The child levels are no long indented from the parent level
- Any text styling, like size or bolding is removed so all levels look the same and start to blend together
- The expand/collapse arrow is dwarfed by the bigger arrow that links to the entity and it just looks weird that there’s two arrows floating there with not much context on what they do.
Views that are visually fine, but name field is ugly/confusing so I want to replace names with a unique label:
