UX: Whiteboards: Moving the whiteboard element becomes moving the whole board

While working actively with a whiteboard (haven’t yet tracked the sequence of my actions), drag-n-drop of an element becomes drag-n-drop of the whole board. Need to reload the page to stop that malfunctioning. Annoying…
