I noticed in the Form editor that the tooltip was sometimes a bit finiky to get open.
Sometimes it is working consistently, other times shows for a brief moment then disappear, and other times does not show up at all
The first few times I tried to use it I didn’t even see any flickering, so I was confused. After a few attempts to hover it, it finally showed up. In the video I also manage to get to open a bit more consistently than I did initially
