I have this pratical use case: an IT company that also does a bit of software development.
We can use fibery for:
- scrum (for developers)
- kanban for help desk tickets
- team knowledge management: fibery has enough features to be comparable to obsidian
Unfortunately our technicians, while waiting for our decision, are using Obsidian.
What decision can we take?
- as MSP we can use ITGlue for documentation
- we can use Confluence (our developers suggests it)
- we can use some AI knowledge bases like getguru or slite
- or we can use fibery
What I need? After using knowledge bases and wiki I miss badly AI search.
Example: I ask “the email server is not receiving email anymore”
The system replies: “please note that in ticket 123 in your kanban your technician says that it is due to disk full and not to wrong dns”
This should be a real game changer for us because we can use fibery for all our work.
(it is not true we miss also the features of relay.app we are studying fibery integration but it is another thread).
Can you tell me if fibery chat bot will be improved to give this type of replies?
