I have a “meetings” database that I use extensively. I currently record the audio of important meetings in my iPhone, in case I need to refer back at any time. I’d love to have a system that somehow gets the audio into one of the fields in the corresponding meeting entity. Perhaps an AI transcript or summary in another field, as well.
How might I go about this without manually uploading the iPhone’s recording and transcript each time?
I am pretty happy with using AI to help me process written and spoken notes and I came up with a strategy for syncing them into Fibery last winter.
I sync the audio file folder on my phone with Google Drive using a third party app.
You can then use Relay App, Zapier, or Make to trigger moving new files in the google drive folder to Fibery. I haven’t figured out how to add files to the rich text fields via integrations though, so for now I would try adding the file to the files extension.
