Strange blue box on leftmost column, cannot be removed

Hello!

This strange blue box has appeared recently in my group project. Does anyone know how to remove it or at least, does anyone know what it represents? It is the only instance of its kind in the entire group project and we cannot figure why or how it is there. It is not selected currently and is not different from the others entries in the database.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Check if that entity applies to both the orange and blue color coding rules for that view. The row will highlight the color of whichever rule is higher on the color coding list. Secondary and tertiary rules that apply get colored on that left sidebar
