Script for admin to push user's preferences

Is there a script for an admin to set a user’s preferences through buttons? (specifically the one panel navigation). I don’t see any options printed in the console log for a user page that would let me do this, but just wanted to check. Would be very helpful.

Thanks for confirming Chris. I feel like this sort of control is needed, or alternatively the ability as an admin to set the default preferences for new users on your workspace.
