I need the tab to change automatically once the tracking field is changed.
Currently I need to refresh the page manually to see the relevant field set layout applied to the entity.
It will be very unexpected for a user to have this behavior when the whole view changes dramatically based on a single field selection.

I agree with you, Michael, somewhat. Perhaps, this could be something for UX to think about. Since everything happens in real-time in Fibery, as a user, I expect to see the layout to change also in real-time.
I understand what you mean - with the current way it’s looking & working the page refresh could screw the UX.
However, if the dependent layout tab was under the tracked field (not above as it’s now) there would be no friction point to the user since it wouldn’t require full page refresh.
But I suspect this dynamics would require quite some new work for you since it would introduce a new concept of dependent field sets.
This is how I’d imagine this - just I would not like to see the actual tabs but the relevant field set:
We are not going to do this, it is quite strange patter with mixed fields here and there.

Btw, Michael, how the user would know they they have to refresh the browser so that they see the correct layout once the condition changed?
