In fullscreen mobile, in the entity creation modal, I think the empty description box should be smaller, and if the keyboard is open, I think you should be able to scroll to see the whole modal - as it is, the modal uses the phone’s screen height and not the useable window height left available above the keyboard. There’s also other possible fixes, like allowing the description field to sit below the other fields - currently not available.
