Process contents of incoming Email into separate fields

I’m brainstorming an idea I have for tracking and monitoring form submissions from various websites into a Fibery database.

I think I can work out the Email ingest part in Fibery, but I’m not quite sure how I could process an email message’s contents into individual fields. Effectively, I’m going to send emails to Fibery whose email body content will include form fields like first name, last name, email, phone, message, etc etc. I want each field separated into their corresponding columns in the Fibery database.

Any guidance or suggestion? Maybe someone’s done it already?
