I’m new to this forum and a heavy user of Fibery 
I’m not a tech guy and would like to integrate Planhat (https://www.planhat.com/) and Chargebee (https://www.chargebee.com/) to Fibery. These apps are not on the shelf. Does anyone already did it?

I can see that Chargebee is supported by Zapier/Integromat (now ‘make’) so it’s possible you could use these to achieve what you want.
As for planhat, i can’t see any integration possibilities apart from using their API.
Just for the record, I can’t see that we have had requests previously for integration with either of these, so it is unlikley that we would prioritise them.
Of course, you could create a feature request here in the community to see if it attracts votes from others.
Or you could engage a partner to build a custom integration if it is critical.
