Hi! Notifications work in comments and in rich text fields only if the user was mentioned You can always configure custom notifications :slight_smile: The ability to “follow entity” is in the backlog

you can add a “Watchers” field (relation to users). then create an automation, that whoever is adding a comment, they are added as a “watcher”. then a second automation to notify every user when there is a change in an entity or comment
