It would be nice to have some separation between the ability to configure views and configuring the data schema.
For important databases there are team members who are a bit more than just an Editor and likely want to have more control over the information they’re looking for. However, giving them the ability to change or accidentally remove fields can wreak havoc on the workspace.
I’d like to recommend an “in-between” permission level that is not as powerful as a creator, but more powerful than an editor (or to add more power to the editor).
Of course, the ability to lock the data schema for all users (creator or no) is another feature request, but it helps to solve this problem as well.
