I had a block responsible for creation of a new Account. The reference to Company (an Account one) database was also lost somehow. I did not touch that…
I’ve re-created the relationship field from People database to Company. But strangely I cannot select to Create a new Company from the dropdown. This rule belongs to Person database.
Any ideas what could be the nature of this glitch?
Could that happen once my Tier converted from Free to Standard?
It will be due to a schema change, nothing to do with a change of subscription.
I suggest reviewing the activity log to see why it might have become broken.
You will likely have become notified in your inbox when the problem occurred, so that should tell you what time to investigate the log.
I’ll note that Fibery does a good job at notifying when things break before they are triggered and fail, but this is one place where it actually doesn’t notify anyone until after it tries to run. Maybe it deserve its own Ideas / Features post.
