Lock the visible time range day of the week

It would be very helpful to have an option to lock the visible time range in Timeline / Gantt / Calendar views to a fixed period structure from exact week day.

For example, sometimes we want the view to always show:

  • exactly 1 week starting on Monday

  • or exactly 2 weeks

  • or another fixed time window

And then navigate only by this same interval using arrows.

Right now, the visible range can feel a bit inconsistent, and it is not always obvious where the current period starts. As a result, users often have to re-check the dates instead of simply trusting the navigation.

Suggestion:

Allow users to define a fixed visible period, for example:

  • 7 days starting on Monday

  • full calendar week

  • 14 days

  • full month

  • custom fixed interval

Then the navigation arrows would move the view strictly by that same unit:

  • week by week

  • month by month

  • selected interval by selected interval

This would make planning much more predictable and easier to use, especially for teams that regularly work in weekly or other fixed planning cycles.
