Would be amazing to use AI to create reports. Reporting calculations are very complex, so leveraging AI to write reporting calculations or generate from scratch would be extremely helpful.
I’m pretty sure they have mentioned this is planned, and I agree it would be especially helpful! Fibery’s report feature is one of the most powerful in this product segment, but it requires some good understanding to utilize well. Ideally AI would make it more accessible to more people.
So true. I have a long list with dashboards that I want to build but didn’t found the time yet since I first need to understand how it works in Fibery. Would be great if you can save time with AI.
Now that we have Smart Agent and AI integrated into Automation and Formulas, has there been any progress on improving report creation? Generating reports is still quite tedious, and AI assistance would make the process much easier.
I know that the AI Assistant action in automations feature was released and then sunset this year but I cannot find the news/announcement where @mdubakov shared the latest way to automate AI actions.
Will AI also be able read the reports it creates? I’ve struggled with using AI to analyze bulk data. If the AI would be able to create reports to aggregate the data, then respond based on the reports it creates (for itself, not for the user), it could allow for more accurate responses where there are lots of entities to process. I think it has a max of 50 or 100 at the moment, but I don’t recall exactly. But this opens the door for AI to be able to answer questions about data up to 200,000 entities.
Even just in Ask mode.
Not sure if this is the best solution for that problem, but just a thought!
Hm… I recall the AI not reading all entities when there were thousands of them to analyze and aggregate, but it seems to be working now. Not sure if this changed or if I remember incorrectly.
In any case, it takes quite some time for the AI to aggregate, I’m thinking maybe it’s faster if the AI makes a report, the report aggregates and sends the data back to the AI, then the AI replies to the user based on the report data, not needing to run aggrigations itself. Then it can also serve the report back to the user as well
So this means the AI needs to not only create reports, but also be able to read/see the reports it creates/created be the user.
In fact Fibery AI has access to query tool that do things even more complex than report can do, so it will not help to get data from the report I guess
