A colleague was adding records with formula name field (via button).
Since it’s not just a simple form, an automation kicks off to link entities up behind the scenes.
Because the name is decided by a formula, the listed item was untitled.
This usually happens, but only for a split second while it works out what to do—not minutes as reported by this staff member.
I assume this is due to server load since it was fixed 10 mins later.
Is there any way that this can be looked at (from a usability perspective) so these issues don’t get escalated to our IT department (me) every time?

refresh the page
check the workspace status to see if there is a backlog
It’s worth noting that at some times of day, the formula service can be working quite hard (e.g. around midnight UTC, when all the formulas containing Today() will get recalculated) and the service processes calculations in sequence, meaning that a formula in one database can be pending updates somewhere else in the workspace.
