How is the Database selector sorted?

This one ^^

I have an archive of the old notion stuff, but I want my actual newer system to show up first. Any way to control this? Especially if I want to let all members create views as they need, they will (and already were) confused and pressed on the notion archive instead of the actual projects database.

Another separate request. Inside the Projects Space, I have a Projects Database. When searching for “Project” it shows all databases in the projects space in alphabetical order. It would be great if it could push the database that aligns with the search phrase to the top. Or sort by rank?

Anyhow, any way to set the order of the spaces in the database selector?

It’s organized by Space → Database, in alphabetical order
You can add the letter z to the front of a space name to make it and all its databases sink to the bottom.
You can also take to numbering the space names outright.

Oof too easy.

Thanks Enoma!!
