Global picklist values for different types

Hi guys, is it possible to create a global picklist and use it in different types? For instance, Task and Bug. They both can have field Status with the same values.

Actually, my original request was more about laziness(!) in that I thought it would be nice to be able to define a workflow once and make it available for multiple types simultaneously, but I can see why what i wrote can be thought of as large set of cases, including this one. Have such a problem in the “to solve” insights backlog. Definitely agree that this is a problem, although not sure about the solution and eta.

I know you don’t get 100% the same functionality as the workflow extension, but you could define a type that can be related (many-to-one) to Tasks and Bugs. With appropriate use of icons, colours, and/or notifications via automations, might you be able to get close to what you need…
