[FIXED] Uploading image permanently hangs, UUID errors

Users are met with the following when attaching photos.

Additionally get the following error sometimes:

Hi!
It appeared that I have the same model of the mobile phone, so I tried to replicate the issue and failed. Everything works for me even for much larger files.
Could you please share, how were you uploading the file? Public form? Maybe internal form? Can you still reproduce the issue?

I replicated it on desktop too. Literally just now

It definitely did, because indeed there is a bug about uploading several files through a form - we are working on a fix, fingers crossed :slight_smile:

Fixed today
