I am trying to add 100.000 locations to Fibery. This geo thing is my profession so perhaps certainly I am pushing the limits a bit and asking things of Fibery I perhaps should ask elsewhere But just to share, here there are two things I encountered:
When importing a CSV via the CSV 2.0 way, I could not select Location as a field type, even though the data was formatted right.
The map view is limited to 500 pins. Does this have to do with the MapBox pricing?
And finally, I would love to add other types of layers. Such as polygon or other background layers (for example through a WMS/WMTS/Vector Tiles URL that you can add). Again, I admit my agenda of trying to turn Fibery into a WebGIS When I have some time I will work out some ideas and look for workarounds.
Map view is limited, since we didn’t plan that to be a core use case. Rather HR or Sales addon - show me where our employees are, where are offices are, etc.
Map view is not in focus so it’s unlikely any improvements will be added this year at least, sorry

I understand that it is not the focus and that the use cases are limited. If I will think of any new use cases that are of broader interest of any improvements I will still send them for your backlog.
And I hope to start working on my workaround soon, which (if it works ) makes everything (or at least a lot) possible in terms of maps and visualizations!
