Hi I would like to do regular backups without manual intervention. Is the export availabe per API call?

No, sorry.
You could certainly use the regular or GraphQL API to retrieve all your entities, and this scripting tool to backup your automations.
However this is not an automated process without additional work, and it’s not a real backup, as there is no easy way to restore. But at least you would have all the data offsite.

I just hoped that theres a one-line code solution for a use case that’s hopefully never needed.
