Error trying to install 'Sales CRM' app

Trying to install Sales CRM app / template and its failing, getting Error: error in app gallery service

On retrying it also fails with this error Failed to install app Field 'Sales CRM/Opportunity_acl' for type 'fibery/access-group' already exists.

Refreshed the page and then got the error Error: Http call failed.

Able to install other apps just fine (tried Content Marketing and it worked)

Windows 10 - Chrome v90.0.4430.212
