Fibery Whiteboards are an excellent tool, but for teams managing a high volume of tasks, I have a proposal to further streamline the workflow.
1. “Insert Template Cards” Functionality The idea is to allow users to add “blank” cards for a specific Database or View directly onto the canvas. These cards would display selected fields (text, status, or a drag-and-drop zone for images) that can be edited right on the whiteboard without the need to open the sidebar or an additional window (every card itself).

As soon as information is entered into the template card, the entity is automatically created in the linked database.

Validation: If a database has a mandatory field, there should be a visual indicator (e.g., a red icon) showing that the card is not yet complete or valid.
2. Smart Grouping via Sections (Advanced Scenario) Allow the Section tool to group various objects on the board (text, images, sketches). Users could then convert the entire Section into a specific database entity, with AI automatically parsing the section’s content and distributing it into the correct Fields (description, attachments, etc.).
Closing: This would transform Whiteboards from a brainstorming space into a unified environment where teams can set up complex tasks with pre-defined structures without leaving the visual context or switching to tables and forms.
