My team has been on Notion for a year and we don’t like it.
I work at a bank, so SSO is a must. Notion allows an Azure SSO add-on to the business plan. My team is small-ish, so roughly 5 people.
With fibery, the minimum to get SSO is 25 users (support will lower it to 15 if you ask nicely). Oh how I wash you would consider an SSO addon to the business plan.
Fibery fixes nearly ALL my issues with Notion. I would LOVE to be able to pay you so I can move my team here.
I’m sorry, but you have to add 10-20 people to your team.

BTW welcome to the community! And I also came here just over 6 years ago due to limitations with Notion. I have never looked back, Fibery is great and keeps on improving!
LOL thank you! Yeah I had seen it recently and thought it was just another Notion clone. But OMG it’s so NOT.
I’ll tell you that Architect mode alone made me want to switch. Being able to keep a tidy, focused sidebar for my team? Chef’s kiss.
And then the recent custom app stuff that you can embed in your view. OMG.
You’re welcome! Yeah I get that sense, just over 6 years ago I was also really wondering what Fibery was, and how it compared to Notion, Airtable and Coda. Took me a few months to compare all of them before I went all in. What I liked back then is that the tables are much more powerful in Fibery.
Interesting, yeah that Architect mode is great. Less overwhelm and room for confusion! And yeah the custom app unlocks a lot of power and room for creativity, I love it!! Today I am making an custom app for a client (I am a Fibery Partner), it’s really nice to create the best UI experience as well as to be able to add functionality that is not in Fibery out of the box.
And you know what else is cool? They release new features every week, and they actually listen. So if you have wishes, ideas or bugs, you can post em here on the forums!
