Email integration improvements

Email integration is one of the features that is strongly underestimated from my point of view. Big players are trying to make their system for everybody and including email client is one of the features. Notion made their email client which works similiar to Fibery integration. I can create any view from my emails. This behavior is actually much better than most email clients and automatic relations give me ability to autolink entities so when I open CRM contact I actually see all the emails.

I understand that Fibery is not primary email client but the way it works just makes me want to use it as email client. There is literally everything I want and need along with the ability to add custom fields to my email to categorize them, comment on emails, link them to tasks it is huge potential.

The only thing missing is reply. I mean true reply. I can create button that replies to email but setup is too complex and I wasn’t able to quote original message.

Reply is simply standardized feature. I can quote message, add my own message and include signature. Is this something you plan to do in the future?

Alongside Dashboards and views the email feature have endless possibilities and we could actually ditch email client.

Yes, we are considering it, but not for this year.

Agree with OP completely, but also recognize it’s a potentially large feature to add – used one of my few remaining precious votes on it, however

Can you at least give us option to mix formula with own message? This way it remains blackbox and leaves us the only option to mix formula with probably comment. When using reply button there is strict value and user defined value and nothing between. Solution for now would be to use formula and leave the field editable. This way I could see who is email sent to, what is message and actually change it.
