My Windows computer sometimes receives duplicate notifications. I have it set to receive desktop notifications. This workspace was not opened in my browser, only the desktop app, though I did have the community.fibery.io site open. Then I was receiving duplicate notifications.
Later I started to receive triplicate notifications, and the only difference I can think of was that I opened the Fibery User Guide in my browser.
I have not turned on notifications from my browser, only from the Fibery desktop app.
