Dropping cards in collapsed board view columns and rows

1. Drop area is just in the label, when it should be in the whole collapsed column:
   
2. Dropping into collapsed column makes the column expand. I think it should stay collapsed. Maybe if hovering over the column after come time it can expand, but it should’t pop open then dropped in.
3. Dropping into collapsed rows doesnt work at all. (Note that I still think rows + collapsed rows should take the entire width like the columns do:
   
   
   
   
   
   Now it feels like I’m moving it to the cell on the right when in fact I’m not. Example:
