I had the same today, for 30-45 mins I think. Right in the middle of a meeting where we were trying take notes.
I hope the cause can be found! Random, inexplicable errors are no good.

Agreed inexplicable errors are not anything good.
This is absolutely true, we put such incidents on top and halt other tasks till resolving the root of the problem.
