Cannot unselect frame of embedded view within rich text field

This keeps happening to me and I’m not sure even why it’s happening or how to fix it. It might be a bug?

When you embed a view inside of a rich text field, it sometimes seems to select the entire frame that holds the view and creates a thick blue border around it.

No matter what I try to click on or interact with within the entity, I can’t seem to get this border to disappear.

It does go away when I refresh the whole page, but it seems crazy that I should have to do that every time this happens.

Any shortcut or click you could suggest to get this border to disappear when it is inadvertently activated?

The same bug happens if you add a divider line at the top of a page, this blue line focus will be highlighting the divider when opening a document, which is not nice.
