I need to be able to restrict button access
I need to be able to restrict changing of states to automations only
I need to prevent users from removing files that they have uploaded
But I also need them to have full control over the record, up until it has been approved by their manager
Is there a way to do this?
Not possible so far. Theoretically will be possible partially when we implement validation rules.
And there’s also no way to do a file lookup from field?
Not yet, here we are collecting feedback about the need of such lookups
Here the reason I was trying to do it was to create an entirely fake duplicate table for general users to hide the real record, just to try getting around the current limitations…
This approach will be very fragile I afraid…
